Came to this place for Dine LA and it did not disappoint! My friend and I shared so many amazing dishes and we loved most of them. We were not too fond of the chorizo Salad and the waiter noticed and brought us the Tuna tar tar with potatoes and it was such a great alternative to the salad. It was so nice of them to bring that for us. Would highly recommend this place for rich flavorful food, views, interior and the stuff!

What a wonderful experience. Superb service, knowledgeable staff who seem to enjoy their jobs and restaurant. Served tapas style to share with friends. Was my belated birthday dinner. Have to go back soon to try all the other dishes. Try the side dishes like the corn too.Kudos! Even the hotel and valet service was so welcoming and nice send off too.

I really love this space. A mix of casual and sophisticated in out spot. It’s like a pool lounge restaurant/bar but with an entire menu of delicious Peruvian. The service is as also lovely. The salad with Quinoa and strawberries was out of this world!

I went to and was a fan of Pilot and ever since Cabra replaced it I have been wanting to go so I am glad I got the chance to tonight. The restaurant offers rooftop views and this time it is Peruvian cuisine. Our server Caroline was very polite and did a great job and all of the dishes came out quickly. It is share size portions and they suggest each person ordering 2 to 4 plates. We were a table of two so we chose 4 total and it was the perfect amount. We were actually too full for dessert. We started off with the Avocado Dip and it was absolutely delicious. It was creamy with yuzu tomatoes mixed in which added a delicious lemon flavor. Next came the Beef Empanada and it was also very good. The pastry was really crispy and had a nice buttery flavor. We next ordered the Bass Ceviche which was my second favorite dish of the night. The ceviche was authentic and was a large sized portion. I would’ve drank the sauce at the bottom if I was eating at home. Finally for our entrée we shared the whole Branzino which was cooked in a sweet-and-sour sauce. It was absolutely delicious and they did a good job removing the bones even though a few snuck in but I order Branzino often so I expected that.Overall a great meal with beautiful views. The pricing is fair although there are no drink refills of any type including tea and soda. Aside from that everything was great. I plan to be back in the future.

Wow, I'm going to be honest. I was a bit skeptical coming here but they proved me way wrong. This is one of the best rooftop lounges to eat that I've ever been. Amazing job to the hosts, server, and chef. Can't wait to go back for brunch!

What an amazing restaurant! Whoever the executive chef is is doing an incredible job. The views are great, the ambiance is nice, the staff is very kind and courteous. And did I mention the food is amazing? Thank you for having such a great restaurant

We celebrated a birthday here and the food, the place and the view did not disappoint. I love Chef Stefanie Izzard’s modern take on Peruvian dishes. The pork shank, chorizo skewers and jalea mixta are amazing. The hamachi tiradito, the alfajores and drinks are must tries. The service is likewise excellent. Can’t wait to come back!
